License Agreement

TRIX is marketing the VCD HD on behalf of the patent owners and issue License Agreements to the VCD HD manufacturers. Each VCDHD mould is subject to License Agreement and related License Fee. 

The License Fee is determined by the number of moulds which will be in use by the Licensee within a certain period of time.
